3) Volumetric Weight had been revised to be only considered when it is 3 times more than the actual weight of the order.

Ordered Item: A Pair of High Heel Shoes in a Box
Item Actual Weight: 450g
Item Dimension: 28cm x 15cm x 10cm
Volumetric Weight= (28 x 15 x 10 / 6000) = 700g
Previously: The weight of this item shall be considered as 700g due to its large dimension and the shipping weight shall be 1kg after rounding up to the nearest 500g.
After Revision: As the volumetric weight of 700g is less than 3 times the actual weight(450g), the shipping weight shall only be 500g after rounding up to the nearest 500g.
You now have more 3 time the original volumetric weight allowance. In short, you can ship bigger items with lighter weight!
**Important Note: The volumetric weight shall be used when it is more than 3 times the actual weight
